✓Prior express written consent naming PAYON NETWORK LLC d/b/a Insumerica for every call or lead
✓A consent certificate (TrustedForm or Jornaya) for every web-generated lead
✓Clear, non-misleading ads and landing pages that identify the product as final expense life insurance
✓Federal and state Do Not Call and litigator list scrubbing before any outbound contact
✓Calling only within permitted hours in the consumer’s time zone
✓Warm transfers only to agents licensed in the consumer’s state
✓Full call recordings available on request

×Aged, purchased or resold data
×Robocalls or prerecorded messages without valid consent
×False urgency, fake reviews or fabricated testimonials
